We are required to data collection forms out for completion on a twice-yearly basis, as the school has a statutory duty to ensure that your data is up to date and accurate. Please refer to the school’s Privacy Notice on our website for further explanation of the data collected in school, why it is collected and your rights under the Data Protection Act 2018.
It is important we have at least two up-to-date contact details in case we need to contact you in an emergency and to safeguard your child. We will assume those listed as emergency contact will have your permission to collect your child from school unless you tell us otherwise. We also need to note any medical conditions your child has, for example asthma, allergies or any other medical condition we should be aware of.
All information will be entered onto our school database for the duration of your child’s time at the school. We will pass this on to their next school when they leave.
